| RESERVATIONS
Reservations are subject to space availability in the
appropriate class, at the time of booking.
ONLINE FARE RESERVATIONS
The conditions herein apply to all bookings.
In
the event that more than one set of conditions apply to
the same trip then the most restrictive conditions of
both sets apply to the entire journey.
While it is possible to make bookings electronically for
some of the travel services, the act of reserving a product
electronically does not imply a final confirmation nor
commitment by WorldPlus to actually deliver the product
reserved at the prices indicated.
A final confirmation is only given by WorldPlus once the
company has issued the airline tickets, a final invoice
and delivered travel documents for the product reserved.
Terms and conditions of the confirmation and sale will
vary depending on the product reserved and are generally
set out in the company’s brochures, website or other notices
issued from time to time.
GROUP BOOKINGS
All group reservations may be requested by phone or by
sending an email. Group bookings may not be booked electronically.
Definition of a group may be subject to terms and conditions
determined by each individual airline.
PAYMENTS
Accepted form of payment is agency check and WRA for approved
offices. Full payments are required immediately once booking
is completed.
CREDIT CARD BOOKINGS
Your authorization to use your client's Credit Card number
indicates your acceptance of our booking terms and conditions,
whether or not your clients have actually signed the appropriate
draft. The credit card used must belong to one of the
passengers in the reservation.
Third
party Credit Cards will absolutely not be accepted.
If the airline does not accept payment by credit card,
however the client wishes to use a credit card our merchant
services can be used for a fee determined at the time
of booking.
By purchasing travel services electronically, the agency
agrees that all payments by credit cards are the responsibility
of the travel agent. All precautions including signed
UCCF forms must be retained by the agency to protect them
in the event of a chargeback from credit card companies.
WorldPlus. will not be responsible for payment of any chargebacks.
TICKETS
Tickets
will be issued in accordance with fare rules established
by the airlines. Ticketing deadline will override any
options offered on the booking.
IMPLEMENTATION OF SAME DAY VOID
BSP has announced that effective Monday, November 22, 2004, only same
day voiding will be permitted. This means tickets that
require voiding for error correction must be voided prior
to the close of business on the same day the tickets were
issued as per WorldPlus’s hours
of operation. Once payment is applied all cancellation
and change penalties as per the airline will be in effect.
CANCELLATION &
REFUNDS
All requests for refunds must be made in writing to WorldPlus
(See office addresses page). All cancellations are subject to an administrative
charge plus any applicable airline cancellation charges.
All original documents along with the refund notice and
commission recall must be sent to WorldPlus. To enable
refunds in a timely manner WorldPlus Accounting will send
a fax notification requesting for a commission recall.
Failing which no documents may be processed.
PRICES
All
prices quoted are in Canadian funds, and are subject to
change without notice.
FLIGHT TIMES
Schedules are subject
to change without notice. It is therefore the responsibility
of passengers to reconfirm flight times as instructed.
The Operator assumes no responsibility to the passenger
for any loss, delay, or other inconveniences incurred
in connection with any flights. All passengers must reconfirm
the minimum check in time at the airport with the airline
prior to departure.
TAXES AND SURCHARGES
Airport
and other departure taxes, as well as Canadian/US
transportation taxes and surcharges are not included in
the cost of all travel services and are subject to change
at any time. |
BOOKINGS
Bookings made under the WorldPlus system are honoured
by hotels worldwide only if a client carries a fully prepaid
voucher issued by WorldPlus. Under no circumstances will
hotels provide accommodation for those clients not holding
an official travel/hotel voucher from WorldPlus.
CANCELATIONS
All cancellations must be made online. WorldPlus
must receive request(s) for cancellation of hotel bookings
by 17:00 hours Central Standard Time,
seventy-two (72) hours prior to check-in to qualify for
a refund with the exception of Disney hotels and during
special events or conventions.
WorldPlus must receive hotel bookings for
Disney hotels and during special events and conventions
at non-Disney hotels by 17:00
hours Central Standard Time, seven (7) business days prior to check-in to qualify
for a refund.
WorldPlus shall provide a cancellation number
for all approved cancellation requests.
Refund requests for check-out over
24 hours prior to end of stay must be accompanied by the
hotel early check-out authorization, provided however,
refund will be issued only if the hotel does not charge
WorldPlus and at the sole discretion of WorldPlus.
CANCELATION PENALTY
If a confirmed booking is canceled with less than the
minimum cancellation period, unless specified otherwise
under each hotel product offered, 100% cancellation penalty shall be applied.
Changes
An amendment fee of CAD 25.00 per hotel is levied for
any changes made to the bookings that are confirmed and/or
vouchers have been issued.
REFUNDS
Fully or partly un-used hotel accommodation or meals are
non-refundable.
All requests for discounts and/or
deductions due to complaints or claims shall be presented
in writing to WorldPlus within thirty (30) calendar
days after check-out or end of service and shall have
the appropriate documentation attached.
WorldPlus shall determine the validity of
all requests for discounts and/or deductions.
CHANGES IN HOTEL GRADING
Hotel grading, descriptions & fact sheets provided
under the WorldPlus program are developed by our supplier
and are valid and accurate at the time of booking. However,
WorldPlus or its supplier assume no responsibility for
any changes in grading, amenities or facilities at hotels
that have taken place without prior notice or knowledge.
UNFORSEEN CIRCUMSTANCES
WorldPlus reserve the right to offer the best available
accommodation of same and/or higher category and/or price,
should the confirmed space become unavailable due to unforeseen
circumstances beyond the control of WorldPlus.
COMPLAINTS
Any complaints, claims or refunds on accommodation should
be sent only in writing to WorldPlus within 21 working
days of the actual date of such occurrence.
DISPATCHING CHARGES
Bank service or cheque clearance charges are included
in our prices. However, any costs involved in dispatching
original vouchers via courier or express mail services
must be borne by the agency booking the accommodation.
RESPONSIBILITY
WorldPlus and/or its agents and suppliers, give notice
that all vouchers issued for accommodation is made by
them as agents for its clients, upon express condition
that they assume no responsibility for any injury, damage,
loss, accident, delay or irregularity, which may occur
either by reason or defect or through the acts of any
person, hotel proprietor or employee or company engaged
in providing accommodation arrangements.
EVENTS BEYOND OUR CONTROL
WorldPlus assume no responsibility for claims, losses,
damages, costs, expenses, delays or loss of enjoyment
of any kind whatsoever, resulting from events beyond our
supplier's control, including but not limited to acts
of god, strikes, lockouts, labour
disputes or disruptions, wars, blockades, insurrections,
riots, earthquakes, weather conditions, floods or acts
or restrains imposed by government authorities.
MEDICAL INSURANCE
All clients are recommended to take out adequate medical,
cancellation and curtailment insurance against any losses.
