| Agency cheque payable to World
Plus, please fax a copy of your
cheque. Credit card, all major
cards accepted. Please advise
the amount per passenger to be
put through on the credit card.
Agents must complete and fax/email
signed credit card Authorization
Form to World Plus. Once the form
is received the tickets will be
issued and released to the agent.
In the event your client refuses
to honour the charge, the travel
agent is responsible for payment
of the file.
