At World Plus we believe that time is money and all
the research and comparative pricing that is required
to ensure your group gets the best possible rates may
not be viable for yourself on any given day.
Our staff would like to take the stress and time out
of your way and set up all of your group requirements
for you. Whether in conjunction with one of our net partners,
or with any carrier worldwide we can provide you with
the same level of service you have come to expect everyday.
Land, car and tour arrangements can all be done with
one of our group specialists and leave you the time to
do what is best for you – sell and service your
clients.
The following depicts the general standards, which may
change from airline to airline, for which qualifies as
group travel:
- A group is 10 or more passengers travelling on the
same itinerary.
- Deposit of CAD $100.00 per person required once the
group is confirmed. (Deposit amount per person varies
by airline)
- The deposit is refundable up to 91 days prior to departure.
A 15% non-utilization factor will be allowed prior to
assessing any cancellation charges.
- Taxes to be determined at time of ticketing only.
- Names and final payment are due 45 days prior to departure.
- Once tickets are issued or full payment received the
applicable tariff will apply.
- Any deviations will be subject to the fare in effect
at the time of change.
- We will guarantee the fare, provided the terms and
conditions are met.
- Payment by agency cheque, WRA, or one credit card
only.
