In
order to accommodate and service
you better and faster you may
Queue over your reservations
provided you observe the following:
Please queue files to the appropriate
queue as follows:
Quotes:
- QEP/24TP/78 - Fare quotes,
routings, rules, etc.
Ticketing/Take Over's:
- COQ/24TP/73 - Bookings ready
for payment/ticketing
- COQ/24TP/50 - Rush/urgent
files

Terms & Conditions |
- Travel agent must ensure
files QUEUED over are booked
in correct class of service
meeting all ticketing requirements
prior to queuing PNR.
- In all cases for World Plus
to accept the transaction
the agent must Receive and
End the PNR. Once the PNR
is transferred, kindly contact
World Plus Reservations for
ticket issuance.
- Agency will be responsible
for all airline schedule changes
and special service requests
until PNR ownership is released
to World Plus.
- Please append Form of Payment
details, the amount to be
billed to the credit card
& document delivery details
in the Historical Remarks.
World Plus Credit Card
Authorization form must be
submitted via fax for tickets
to be issued.
- World Plus will validate
the PNR for fare contract
rules and conditions prior
to ticket issuance. If the
conditions of the contract
and fare rules are not met,
World Plus will not issue
the ticket. Transfer of PNR
ownership to World Plus does
not guarantee ticket issuance.
- World Plus Cancellation
policies will apply after
ticket issuance.
- World Plus will queue
ticketed PNR's back to the
agency's GDS. The agency should
retain a copy of the PNR and
can bring up PNR by locator
for further access.
- Itineraries, seats and meals
status of ticketed file may
be viewed at www.viewtrip.com
